The organization remodeling passed through three following phases:

    1.Preparation of the organization and shareholders for the implementation of a professionalized administration model – 2005/2006;

    2.Consolidation of the new organizational and management model – 2008;

    3.Development of selected business based on the strategy of the group – upcoming in 2009  

The whole process has been conducted with advisors, associates and specialized outside help, searching for the greatest possible assurance in creating a promising future that this company would want to attain.
