The transformation passed through four following phases:
1.Preparation of the organization and shareholders for the implementation of a professionalized administration model – 2005/2006;
2.Creation of a holdings executive director – 2007;
3.Consolidation of the new organizational and management model – 2008;
4.Development of selected business based on the strategy of the group – upcoming in 2009
